You or a third party authorized by the lender MUST have a valid government issued identification (not an expired one) to redeem your property. No children allowed. Please limit the number of visitors you have with you at the time of your appointment.

VEHICLE REDEMPTIONS

You or a third party authorized by the lender MUST have a valid NON EXPIRED DRIVER’S LICENSE (not an ID) to redeem the vehicle.

No license? Contact your lienholder as soon as possible to obtain:

Third-party release

Authorization to release without a license

Advance authorization directly from your lienholder helps avoid delays in releasing your vehicle.

ALL APPOINTMENTS

ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE LIMITED TO 15 MINUTE INTERVALS. YOU MUST MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. ALL APPOINTMENTS THAT EXCEED THE ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE RESCHEDULED IN ORDER TO ENSURE EVERYONE IS ASSISTED IN A TIMELY MANNER. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL MAY DELAY YOUR APPOINTMENT IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO WAIT FOR ASSISTANCE OR RESCHEDULE AT YOUR NEXT CONVENIENCE.
